Who we are
Patch’d is operated by Patch’d LLC, a limited liability company organized in Utah (“Patch’d,” “we” or “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit patchd.com, request a quote or place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, company, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and the artwork and logo files you upload.
- What your browser sends. Device and browser type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and general location from your IP address.
- Cookies and pixels. Small files and tags from analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta that help us measure visits and the results of our ads.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, produce and ship orders, and send proofs, invoices and order updates.
- To answer questions and handle support and damage claims.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show relevant ads.
- To send occasional updates about Patch’d. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
Your artwork
We use the artwork and logos you send only to quote, proof, produce and ship your order. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. We never sell or license your artwork to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, our customer database, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising partners. We may also share it when the law requires, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you added rights. Email hello@patchd.com with your request and we will respond within the time the law requires.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and billing records as long as we need them for the business and as required for tax and accounting. We delete or anonymize other information when we no longer need it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is immune from compromise, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Patch’d sells to businesses and organizations. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
