Ordering and paying
What is the minimum order?
24 pieces of each item for each design, for example 24 shirts and 24 hats with your logo. Sizes and colors of the same item count together toward the 24.
How do I get a price?
Request a quote with your logo, what it goes on and how many. You’ll get one clear price for the whole order within 1 business day.
Do you sew or embroider?
No. We press. Our embroidered, woven, PVC, leather, chenille and printed patches are applied with heat, so nothing is stitched onto your items.
Can I send you my own items?
Yes. Ship us your shirts, hats, bags or gear and we press on them. If we damage one, we replace it or cover its cost. See how to send your items.
Do you work with resellers?
Yes. We ship in plain boxes with your packing slip, and we never contact your customers. See how reseller orders work.
How do I pay?
Invoicing is available for business accounts, and schools can use purchase orders. Ask about terms when you request your quote.
Artwork and proofs
What file should I send?
A vector file is best (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). A 300 DPI PNG works too. The artwork guide covers sizes, colors and detail.
Do I get a proof first?
Yes. You get a free digital proof showing the size and placement on your item. Nothing gets made or pressed until you approve it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup and simple art cleanup are free. If your logo needs a full redraw, we show that cost in your quote first.
Which patch type should I pick?
Compare all six on the patches page, or tell us about your logo and we’ll recommend one. Business buyers can also request a free sample pack.
Timing and shipping
How long does an order take?
10 business days after you approve the proof. If you send us your own items, the clock starts when they arrive.
Can you rush an order?
Yes. 5 business days adds 20%, and 3 business days adds 40%. Tell us your date when you ask for a quote.
Can you ship to lots of addresses?
Send us a list and we pack and ship a box to each person. See kitting and fulfillment.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Check it when it arrives and email us photos of what’s wrong. If it doesn’t match the proof you approved, we redo it at our cost. See our guarantee.
