The problem

Running an agency meant one tool for deals, one for bookings, one for invoices and notes from calls that went nowhere. Nothing showed the whole day in one view.

What was built

A CRM that puts the day on one screen. Deals sit on a board, recorded calls get filed to the right contact and promises from those calls become tasks. Agents draft the work, and a person approves it before it is sent.
