The problem

The line at the door is the first thing a guest remembers. Paper lists and spreadsheets slow it down, and organisers can’t see who has arrived until the night is over.

What was built

An app that runs an event from guest list to door. Organisers import guests and send tickets. Staff scan tickets or search names, add walk-ups and keep working from a list saved on the device if the connection drops. A kiosk mode lets guests find their own ticket.
